North Hill Life Care Center
Location: Needham, MA
We were engaged to prepare numerous building sites for the re-development of this facility and allow for additional parking and access drives for the newly created building sites. We moved thousands of yards of material and prepared the building site for construction. We subsequently were asked to perform the building foundation excavation work for the building foundation installation and service work for the buildings.
This is another example of where we can perform grading and excavation services for our clients along with all associated utilities, paving, sidewalks, signage and fencing. This project is in the final stage of construction and when completed will be valued in excess of $5.5 million dollars.
